About Lisa Lisa finished her second year as an elected, helping guide the town through a barrage of different issues -- some meaningful, some mundane. Throughout the process, she has found great satisfaction hearing all the diverse views from residents and then finding ways to resolve seemingly intractable disagreements.
She has developed great respect for her fellow council members and city staff:

And provided emotional support to Tula, her Alaskan dog niece. |
Lisa joined the family visit to Alaska and got to meet the Denali Park sled dogs. |
She avoided home construction jobs, but was still put to work by the ruthless Alaskans. ![]() |
Enjoyed beautiful Caribbean beaches in the BVI... ![]() |
And the colder ones in California.

But was lucky enough to have two guys around to take her out to dinner pretty often too. ![]() |
She still exercises daily... ![]() |
...doing bootcamp 5 times per week for over 20 years. |
