About Justine

• Justine is now 10, and had her ears pierced right after Christmas last year.

• Not letting her brother pass her up, Justine learned how to ride a unicycle last March too.

• She has continued Piano lessons -- she got a real piano this year -- and also started learning the clarinet this year for school.

• For the 2nd year, Justine and her brother competed in a local triathlon. Her best time for a mile is 8:25. She also did her first 5k run this year.
  
• She still loves dance. This year and last year she has been learning Irish Tap, and now uses special "hard shoes".

• Justine has made lots of new friends this year. Here are some of them playing in the pool.

• Justine had a great time on our trip to Siberia. She was the youngest person on the whole ship, and struggled to stay warm.

• This summer was a first for Justine: She spent two weeks at a sleepaway camp!
  
• Also at the same camp were her brother and two of their good friends from Belgium.

• At camp, Justine did things like horseback riding, the ropes course, cooking, and swimming. She also slept out in the open one night.

• Here is Justine learning to Levitate. She is very good at it.
  
• Sometimes she levitates with a volleyball as well -- she started playing with a group after school this year.

• Justine has been getting good in the kitchen. Here she is with some biscuits she made for school.
