About Eric |
|
| Just as in 2017,
Eric split 2018 between two extremes:
First half: His final 6 months working at one of the world's richest companies (Google/Waymo) in one of the world's richest areas (Silicon Valley) where the toughest problem facing his peers was which 5-star Google restaurant to visit for their free lunch, and Second half: His first 5 months working for one of the world's greatest humanitarian non-profits (MSF) in one of the world's poorest countries (South Sudan) where problems facing locals are far more dire. It's been an incredible experience so far ("the most difficult job I've ever had"), but he dearly misses his friends, family and bike(s). Here's some of his activities during the year -- |

|
| (Actually in that middle pic he was just practicing his mean pirate look to scare away lions.) Eric's MSF deployment in South Sudan runs through April, and we miss all him very much. He would love for you to check in with him. |
