About Justine

California did not have enough outdoors for Justine so in February she moved to Alaska!

She lives in a "dry" (no running water) cabin with an outhouse (seat NOT heated),
and enjoys camping, hiking, running, biking, climbing and helping people.

She's been working for Alaska Geographic guiding trips around the state and
Alaska's Suicide Prevention and Someone to Talk to Line as paid counselor.

Uh-oh... severely torn shoulder labrum awaiting scheduled surgery 1/8/2020.
(Maybe just a tad too much physical activity?)

We're so proud.... Justine has become an amazingly confident and capable role model for
so many people in so many ways. Hard to believe we once considered her a shy little girl.
