Family Stuff
Lots of activities this year.
A great tour of Belize care of "Backroads" (with a family who turned out to be close neighbors), and a longer tour of China via "Thomson Family Adventures" shared with a family from New York. Both were great trips.
Some nice family reunions too:
Nearly all of Steve's side of the family got together at the Kay El Bar dude
ranch in Arizona,
and we had a splendid Winter Solstice gathering with most of
Lisa's family in Alaska.
We encountered several tall things this year. Tufas in Mono Lake, Sequoias, and Incredible Stone Towers in China.
Adventurous biking in Belize...
Top of Half Dome in Yosemite...
Over 70 FEET of snow at Kirwood last season...
Much colder, lighter snow in Fairbanks....
Two remodels going on this year: One at our money pit -- I mean investment property -- in Utah, and one at home.
Also lots of fun little get-togethers with friends and family.
Whew! I'm going to go take a nap.
