Steve cajoled her in to going
on many long bike rides, which she actually seemed to enjoy. They participated in the climate ride and two other self-supported multi-day rides along the California coast. She's becoming a rather avid biker! |
| HEA consumed quite a bit of her
time, although she never slacked on her primary job of tending to Shuma's needs. He is a companion dog, after all, and Shuma thinks this means he deserves a constant companion. |

She has been very supportive of her
children's desire to be vegetarian, and can now create
some top notch vegetarian dishes.
Here she is after making one of the family's favorite meals: instant oatmeal while we are out camping. |
|
She escorted Justine (in the family's
Toyota Highlander) out to Colorado in August. They had a
great trip touring parks in California, Oregon, Idaho,
Utah, and Colorado. Here she is in Lassen National Park. |
